Tired of the coolant light on Tucson

My wife's 2023 Hyundai Tucson Limited Hybrid keeps lighting up the coolant refill warning like clockwork, no matter how many times the dealer drains, fills and prays. At what point does this cross into lemon territory?

Well I don't think it's a faulty sensor if the issue persists even after refills. I suggest you start documenting everything and push for a deeper look with the dealer as it could be a slow leak or an entire sensor system messing up.

How many repair attempts or days in the shop does it take before a recurring issue like this qualifies under your state's lemon law, is there a clear threshold for hybrids like the Tucson?

With all due respect, that's the very question I'm trying to get answered myself. I came here for advice, not to provide a legal analysis on my state's laws. This whole situation is already beyond frustrating.

Anyway, the dealer's last attempt involved replacing the reservoir tank and sensor but the light is back on again. That was the final failed repair attempt needed, so I have now opened a case with Hyundai corporate to start the formal buyback process under my state's law.
