We bought our 2023 Tucson approx. 10 months ago with 25k miles. It was fine until about 2or 3 months ago when a strange rattle, grinding, vibrations sound began coming from the front right area of the engine compartment when accelerating between 30 and 40 mph We have had it into the dealer about three times. first they couldn't duplicate the sound. Then we took their rep for a ride and he kept the car and through the tech people at the manufacture, they said it was a right front axle they ordered it and installed it and the problem still exists. We took the car to them three days ago and said we will take it back when you have it fixed. The rep calls me every day saying they are still investigating what it may be. Anyone have anything similar?

Oh no... that sounds super frustrating. I haven’t had the exact same issue, but rattles and vibrations in that speed range often come from CV joints, engine mounts, or even the strut assembly. If the axle swap didn’t fix it, maybe try to ask the dealer to check the mounts and bushings next. I mean if it were me, I would probably miss those too.

If the axle didn’t solve it on the Hyundai Tucson, the next likely causes are a failing wheel bearing, brake dust shield rubbing, or a tire belt issue. The 30–40 mph range fits those symptoms well.
