2023 Hyundai Tucson Hybrid Limited: USB music problem

my USB music is weird. So, when I plug the stick in, every single song shows up twice (but it's cool on my computer).and are in freakin' alphabetical order! Isn't there supposed to be a shuffle button at the bottom of the media screen? mine's MIA.

I don't understand what's going on here. Should I update the software or something?

Sounds like your USB might have duplicate files or maybe the player is reading the drive twice. The alphabetical order and missing shuffle button could be a software glitch. Definitely try updating your media systems software first that often fixes bugs like this. If that doesnt work try reformatting the USB and copying the files again Hope that helps!!

Same thing with my 2022 Tucson! I fixed it by reformatting the stick to FAT32 and reloading the music fresh. As for shuffle, mine only showed up after I tapped into the "Now Playing" screen. No software update needed in my case, just a cleaner USB setup.

The duplicate songs usually happen if the USB has both hidden system files or multiple formats of the same track, so cleaning up the drive and reloading the music often fixes it.
