Missing a few things in my new 2025 Tucson

I just brought home my 2025 Tucson in Cashmere Bronze with the "Grey" interior though it looks more beige to me...anyway, I am living in a hot climate and I avoid dark colors, so this combo works great. I've driven just 98 miles so far and I absolutely love it, but I was surprised the high trim didn't include a cargo cover, spare tire kit, or wheel locks...So it's time to start hunting those down!

Congrats on the new Tucson, the color combo sounds hot hot hot. I mean it's a little wild how some trims leave out basics like the cargo cover and spare. But check with your dealer? They might have some extras lying around or something.

The spare tire is forgotten in history. Spoke to a friend of mine that's buried a bit deep in the automotive industry and he says that spare tires cost more and are heavier than the repair kits, which is why manufacturers are aiming for the kits.

That makes total sense. Manufacturers often prioritize weight and cost savings with repair kits, but those can fall short if there's sidewall damage. It might be a good idea to look into getting an aftermarket spare.
